Thanks for visiting my web.I am based in Shanghai, China. I have bachelor degree in Business English and study my mster degree on the E-marketing at Shanghai University of

More importantly, I have learnt the communicating skills by practice, know how to address some cross-cultural barriers, how to make communicating go smoothly and how to help clients to get the most benefits in their business processing.

1.Fluent oral English as negotiating with foreign customers on the scene or on the phone, skilled at communicating with foreign customers by e-mail in written English.

2. Familiar with the process of foreign trade business. Manage the process of exportation before Customs Declaration, such as inquiry, suppliers sourcing, data analysis , order confirmation, contract review, follow up with production,payment, delivery and so on.

3.Being good at keeping good business relations with regular customers of the company, patient to customer’s complaints and claims etc.
